Students benefit from researching questions about which they, personally, are curious. The process suggested here is simply that, a suggested process. There are man ways in which the learning process can take place. This has worked for students in the past so, is being made available to others.

Secondary Reading Instruction (Butler Univ. / Redman)
This three-strand class ( Butler Workshop 501 59) was developed by Mary Redman for use with any secondary teacher interested in taking a look at content-area reading. Students should be acting like "lifelong learners" while they are in school! How can practical thinking strategies be taught across the curriculum?
The workshops in this site are available to schools or groups of teachers to access and use as resources to support technology education in the classroom.
